Every week, we deploy teams of 10 nurses and healthcare professionals to serve in Jamaica. Volunteers provide direct patient care, assist local clinics, support shelters, and bring much-needed relief to overwhelmed systems.

Who Can Volunteer?

  • Public health specialists

Requirements Checklist

  • ✔ Supervisor letter of recommendation
  • ✔ Willingness to serve in high-need environments
  • ✔ Flexibility & positive teamwork
  • ✔ Completion of volunteer orientation

Deployment Steps

  1. Submit your application
  2. Upload credentials
  3. We submit your documents to the Jamaican Ministry of Health
  4. Approval of temporary work permit
  5. Assignment to region with greatest need
  6. Travel logistics and housing confirmed
  7. Deployment (Saturday–Saturday)
